Unicoi Outfitters will generally ship from stock at our Helen, Georgia retail location.  Occasionally, we may have items drop-shipped from a manufacturer or distributor.  In all cases, we strive to accurately indicate whenever an item is available.  Occasionally, we may discover after accepting an order that an item is actually not available.  In such rare cases, we will contact the customer about either a substitute item or refund as soon as possible.
